The focus is on making what's happening easier to understand, identifying what needs attention, and helping teams move forward with more confidence and less friction.
Polomo is led by Gabrielle Earnshaw, who has built over 30 mobile apps, led mobile teams, run a mobile practice within a consultancy, and worked as CTO of a health tech startup. She now works closely with a small number of teams, supporting them at both a strategic and technical level.
Her work is centred around helping teams understand what's really going on beneath the surface, make better-informed decisions, and avoid the kinds of mistakes that can slow progress or lead to unnecessary rework.
She combines deep mobile expertise with commercial awareness and a practical, grounded approach, and is known for being able to explain complex technical concepts in a way that feels clear and manageable.
